Wishing You a Merry Christmas!
Natchitoches, Louisiana is known across the country as the “City of Lights.” Each year, over a million people make their way to the area to take part in the world-famous Christmas Festival. Hundreds of thousands of christmas lights, over 100 set pieces, and a awe-inspiring fireworks show only a few of the big crowd pleasers. On Saturday, December 2, hundreds of thousands of people will fill the downtown historic district for Christmas Festival Day. “War of the Roses” Battle Begins at NSU
The “War of the Roses” is Beta Omicron Chapter’s annual week-long effort to raise awareness and donations for people with disabilities. The event is a friendly competition between Greek sororities at Northwestern. NSU students will compete in five events designed to educate the public about the challenges faced by the disabled. Beta Omicron Celebrates 50 Years of Brotherhood
On Saturday, October 28, 2006, more than 200 alumni, students and guests convened in Natchitoches, Louisiana, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Beta Omicron chapter at Northwestern State University. The weekend was the culmination of months of planning by a small group of alumni and students and began with optional golf outings for alumni on Friday afternoon. Later in the afternoon, alumni joined Northwestern State University officials to dedicate a clock donated as a gift to the university in commemoration of Beta Omicron’s 50 years on campus.
