ROSE BALL/ ‘EXTRA MILE’ SCHOLARSHIP BANQUET 2015

In what is always much-anticipated tradition, the Beta Omicron chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity will hold is annual Rose Ball. Members, alumni and their dates will enjoy special activities, culminating with a catered dinner banquet. The David D. Morgan “Extra Mile” Scholarship Program recognizes outstanding Pi Kappa Phi leaders who understand that their attitude towards any situation in life shapes their attitude for success. This semi-formal banquet is open to all Pi Kapps, alumni, and their guests. Jacket and tie are preferred attire, comparable dress for ladies. A favor of reply is requested by April 23, 2015.

CHAPTER HOUSE WORK DAY

“Spring cleaning” event at the Beta Omicron Chapter house. We have plans to repaint the house exterior & backyard deck, along with other small projects. We need volunteers & supplies.

NATIONAL SUMMER ALUMNI REUNION 2015

Hosted by the Pi Kappa Phi Foundation, the Summer Alumni Reunion provides alumni with an opportunity reconnect with friends and relax with family. It is purposely light on programing to give alumni ample time to relax and enjoy touring. There are no meetings, no business—just brotherhood.

JOURNEY OF HOPE TEAM ARRIVAL

Join the Beta Omicron Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity as we welcome the 2015 South Team of the Journey of Hope to Louisiana. We will welcome the cyclists and crew, then participate in a friendship visit at Shriner’s Hospital.

BROTHERHOOD IN THE BALLPARK

The Beta Omicron chapter of Pi Kappa Phi is pleased to announce the return of the 3rd annual ‘Brotherhood in the Ballpark.’ Join us for a fun evening as the Texas Rangers take on the San Francisco Giants in Arlington, Texas. HOMECOMING REUNION 2015

Join more than 5 decades of Pi Kappa Phis and their families as NSU celebrates homecoming activities. Don’t miss a moment of the fun. Parades, barbeques, golf tournaments, alumni socials, and of course NSU Demon Football will certainly create a weekend to remember.

ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

The Beta Omicron Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity will be hosting their annual golf tournament at the scenic Northwestern Hills Golf Course. 2-man scramble, as well as individual contests and gimmick holes. Advertising & sponsorship opportunities available.

FOUNDERS’ DAY BANQUET 2014

Meet and reconnect with Beta Omicron chapter actives & alumni as we celebrate our national founding with a catered dinner. This semi-formal event is open to all Pi Kapps, alumni, and their guests. Please RSVP by November 30, 2014.

FOUNDERS’ ALUMNI GROUP REUNION

On Friday and Saturday, October 24-25, Charter members of the Beta Omicron Chapter, along with other chapter alumni from the Founders Generation (1956–1962) will host their bi-annual reunion to rekindle friendships and recall fond memories. Alumni and their families are welcome to attend the weekend’s events. Contact Mike (Mickey) Murphy for details. Registration packets will be mailed out by August 1st.

NSU vs. SOUTHEASTERN PRE-GAME SOCIAL

Join us for brotherhood and football in Hammond, Louisiana on Saturday, October 4th. We’re travelling with the NSU Demons as they take on the Southeastern Lions. We’ll meet for lunch, followed by pre-game tailgating.

SUPREME CHAPTER 2014

From August 7 to August 11, 2014, Pi Kappa Phi will host its 54th Supreme Chapter in Atlanta, Georgia. Held every two years, Supreme Chapter is Pi Kappa Phi’s decision making body, providing direction for the fraternity’s alumni, students and staff. Bring the family and enjoy a schedule that offers the best Atlanta has to offer including The Georgia Aquarium, Zoo Atlanta, the Atlanta Braves at Turner field, and Stone Mountain.

SW LOUISIANA ALUMNI EVENT

Alumni and their spouses are invited to join us for dinner and cocktails at the iconic Blue Dog Café in Lafayette, Louisiana. Reconnect and network with your chapter brothers from NSU. Also hear about the direction of the Fraternity in the upcoming year and how Pi Kappa Phi continues to impact young mens’ lives!
