Building a close-knit brotherhood is integral to the fraternal experience. What better way to foster that sense of community than to share a living space? Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity is pleased to offer exceptional housing for its members. Located along Chaplin’s Lake on the Northwestern State University campus, the Beta Omicron Chapter House aims to maintain a safe, modern, convenient and affordable housing.
The 5,300 square-feet residential and meeting facility was constructed in Summer 2020, funded by $1.1 million in donations from alumni and supporters.
The house features 12 single bedrooms, four study lounges, a large meeting room, living room, den, laundry facility, and a full kitchen.
Residents are offered the convenience of paying housing fees through NSU — meaning scholarships, financial aid, and student loans can be applied to rent. Live-in members will also meet NSU residency requirements.
