Housing

It’s hard to experience a real brotherhood without a place to call home. Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity is pleased to offer competitive housing for its members. Adjacent to the Northwestern State University campus, the Beta Omicron Chapter house aims to maintain a safe, convenient and affordable living facility.

Beta Omicron Chapter House

The Beta Omicron Chapter House at 730 University Parkway, purchased December 20, 2000.

On the edge of the NSU campus, the Pi Kapp House is the perfect location for your academic and extra-curricular needs. There are designated quiet hours for studying or relaxation. When you need a break, the 24-hour game room is the perfect place to hang out with friends. Whether a backyard barbecue, sorority exchanges or a chapter meeting, the “Pi Kapp” House is the ideal spot for having fun or taking care of business. Our top priority is the safety of our members. That’s why the Beta Omicron Alumni Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity Housing Corporation, Inc. has invested in a state-of-the-art fire monitoring and security systems.

Residents are offered the convenience of paying housing fees through NSU — meaning scholarships, financial aid, and student loans can be applied to rent. Live-in members will also meet NSU residency requirements, as the Pi Kappa Phi House is considered “on-campus” housing.
