Four Beta Omicron members join National President’s Circle

Four Beta Omicron members join National President’s CircleIn 2011, more than 400 students have joined Pi Kappa Phi Foundation’s National President’s Circle (NPC), the student giving club for the Pi Kappa Phi Foundation. Members of the NPC are Pi Kappa Phi students who make a gift of $20 to the Pi Kappa Phi Foundation to support the leadership and education programs of the fraternity each year.

Beta Omicron members supporting leadership efforts include: Kevin Brueckner, Scott Mayeaux, Garron Greene, and Kolt Kays.

The 427 students who made this important choice this year, did so at one of the four Mid Year Leadership Conferences offered in January. As students arrived at the conference and prepared for a challenging weekend of leadership and officer training, they came in droves to the Foundation’s table to support their fraternity and receive the coveted ‘National President’s Circle Lapel Pin’ as their recognition.

Over the course of two months, NPC membership is already 13 percent higher than the membership totals for all of 2010. This year, the Foundation plans to open up the opportunity to join the NPC to all students during its “March Madness Membership Drive.”

During the month of March, students will have the opportunity to join the NPC, and the chapter that recruits the highest number or highest percentage of members will be rewarded for their philanthropic support of Pi Kappa Phi.
