Efforts to support academic achievement paying off for NSU Pi Kapps

An effort to improve the Beta Omicron Chapter’s scholarship program and approach to academics appears to be paying off.

The Beta Omicron Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity achieved the 2nd highest GPA among Northwestern State University’s seven Interfraternity Council fraternities for the Fall 2016 semester.

Member Tyler Thomas was named to the NSU President’s List for earning a grade point average of 4.0 last Fall.

These members were named to the NSU Dean’s List last semester, earning a GPA of 3.5 to 3.9: Christian Frost, Jacob Guidry, Thomas Marlbrough, and Will Welch.

The following members were named to the NSU Honor’s List, earning a GPA of 3.0 to 3.4: Noah Baudoin, David Johnson, Joseph Magnan, Travis Pope, Terran Turner, and Jordan Wild.
