Pi Kappa Phi’s “War of the Roses” begins at NSU

The “War of the Roses” is the Beta Omicron chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity’s annual week-long effort to raise awareness and donations for people with disabilities. The event is a friendly competition between Greek sororities at Northwestern State.  Students will compete in five events designed to educate the public about the challenges faced by the disabled.

Pi Kappa Phi donates used books to NSU art department

In August 2006, the Beta Omicron Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity donated a large collection of used and outdated textbooks to the NSU Art Department. Members collected more than 75 used textbooks, which will be used in student and faculty art projects during the upcoming school year.
