Pi Kappa Phi named top Greek organization for second consecutive year 2A semester of hard work has paid off for members of the Beta Omicron Chapter. On April 26th, 2011, Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity was awarded the prestigious President’s Cup for the second consecutive year.

The honor recognizes the top Greek organization at Northwestern State University. Since first receiving the award in 2010, the chapter has continued to make strides to improve.

Those efforts did not go unnoticed by NSU administrators and peers, being named “Most Improved Chapter.” The chapter’s Miss Push America Pageant, which raised $3 thousand for people with disabilities, was named “Most Outstanding Single Event”. Archon Scott Mayeaux was also named the 2011 “NSU Emerging Greek Leader.”

Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity received the highest ranking, “Commitment to Excellence,” in each of the chapter operation areas annually ranked by the NSU Office of Greek Affairs.
