Student leaders from Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity’s Beta Omicron Chapter were recognized in front of a crowd of 3,000 fans at Northwestern State University’s basketball game Tuesday night.

From August 7-10, 2014, student Archon Kyler Halbert and member Aaron Finimore, along with alumni David Morgan, Sr.; Wes Breeden; David Morgan, Jr.; Lane Luckie and Nick Breaux played an active role in deciding the future direction of the fraternity, while celebrating its accomplishments.

Two alumni of Pi Kappa Phi at Northwestern State University are among the Fraternity’s inaugural ‘Thirty Under 30’ honorees. Wil Adams and Lane Luckie, both initiates of the Beta Omicron Chapter, received the recognition, which seeks to recognize young alumni for their post-college achievements.

A semester of hard work and lasting memories were celebrated at Pi Kappa Phi’s annual Rose Ball Formal in Natchitoches. Historic Russell Hall, with a view of Normal Hill’s three iconic columns, hosted the Rose Ball banquet on April 26, 2014. Music set the mood as attendees mixed and mingled as a slideshow played, highlighting Rose Ball celebrations from the past 57 years.

The Beta Omicron Alumni Chapter at Northwestern State University was named Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity’s 2013 Alumni Chapter of the Year. Of the National Fraternity’s nearly 50 alumni chapters, the NSU group was selected for its continued efforts to engage alumni members and provide substantial support to the undergraduate chapter.
